This game is defunct. Do note the game no longer works at all without modifications. This is most likely due to the game's servers being shut down. As a result, further official developments with the game are unlikely to happen.

Which Mushroom Kingdom Character Would Be Your BFF? is an HTML quiz published on the DisneyNOW website and app (not to be confused with similar quizzes from Play Nintendo), and also has what may very well be the longest and most unwieldy title a Super Mario game has ever had. It is currently available here.

Unused Graphics#

The game features two different seemingly unused button graphics, with one being referred to as a back button by the file name, and the second likely being a "forward" button, meaning that the quiz may have allowed the player to go back and change their answer, as well as having a button to click to go to the next question as opposed to the automatic transition used in the final game.

Version Differences#

Changing the version number in the above URL grants access to earlier versions of this game, specifically versions 1.0.1-1.0.3.

• The Nintendo Switch and ad logo placement was altered twice in version 1.0.2 and 1.0.3.
• The copyright notice is changed between every version.
• "Your BFF is Peach" is changed to "Your BFF is Princess Peach" in 1.0.2.
• The first question image was changed twice, in versions 1.0.2 and 1.0.3:

• The 3rd, 4th, 8th, and 10th question images were altered slightly in 1.0.3 to have more washed-out backgrounds.

• The background of the 5th question's image changed twice, in versions 1.0.2 and 1.0.3.

• The 7th question's image was changed in 1.0.2 from a lineup of Mario characters to a screenshot of Peach's Castle from Super Mario Odyssey.
