This is a sub-page of Deltarune/Chapter 4/Unused Graphics/Characters.
Gerson#
Gerson flipping a switch. The last frame is seen in-game during Gerson's introduction, but the full animation is not.
A sprite showing an alternative design for Gerson, with his regular uniform more closely resembling his Undertale counterpart and his battle form having a much shorter ponytail and longer sleeves.
A slightly bigger cane.
Gerson catching a book in his hands.
Gerson looking down with his hand up.
Gerson writing, looking in various directions.
An old version of Gerson holding the tea.
Gerson walking with his armor on. He never walks normally while in his armor in-game.
Gerson smear intended for the beginning of a battle.
Gerson crouching down rhythmically.
An unused duplicate version of Gerson's dodge sprite, whose filename indicates this is the origin of it.
Old hammer-throwing animation that uses a much simpler Mario-esque hammer as a projectile. The isolated hammer sprite is also in the files.
The "idle spin" sprites.
Sprite of Gerson getting hurt. Obviously never used because he dodges all of Susie's attacks.
Rough animation of Gerson swinging from the side.
Gerson swinging from side-to-side. Interestingly, the second animation's filename (spr_gerson_speen) seems to be in reference to a meme of the same name started by streamer Vinny Vinesauce.
Gerson swinging his hammer behind his head. A different, similar animation is used in-game during the Titan fight.
Unused animation of Gerson preparing DualBuster.
A bunch of unused effects for Gerson turning the SOUL green. The filenames for these are labelled "Chevron".
An arrow squishing down in a very detailed manner.
An unused sphere intended for Gerson's green attacks.
Old versions of Gerson's shell attacks.
Unused hammers, with a very generic filename.
A giant hammer.
A very rough-looking bell.
A musical note that's somehow related to Gerson, judging by the filename.
Roaring Knight#
A bunch of Knight's sprites without the signature "roaring" white outline. For some reason, these do not exist in the files of Chapter 3, despite all of these animations being Chapter 3 exclusive otherwise.
Knight beckoning to come closer, along with the old version of that.
Raising their arm without their sword. Might have served a similar purpose as the previous one.
Old version of Knight slashing.
Knight raising their head.
Sprite of Knight after teleporting. An almost direct (but not exact) copy of this sprite is present in used animation spr_roaringknight_ball_transition_pose.
The full animation of the Knight preparing and throwing their sword down. In-game, many frames of this are skipped.
The Knight's ba- sword acting as some sort of beam. This graphic is used as the default sprite for obj_ch4_DCA01_roaringknight_sword, however the object's sprite ends up being set to spr_roaringknight_sword3 when the object is loaded in, so this specific graphic ends up going unseen regardless.

Tenna#
A handful of smaller versions of Tenna's various expressions, consisting of him pointing up, pointing left, adjusting his tie, posing, whispering, and using his airhorn/foam spray can.
It's possible that a majority of these were intended to be used in his room in Castle Town, as he appears smaller in there (unless he changes his expression when talked to). As of Chapter 5, the pointing left sprite ended up being used during the segment in Castle Town where you help make a new outfit for Susie.

Annoying Dog#
The Dog Prophecy!!! Used as part of this Chapter's Dog Check, which is inaccessible through normal play. Interestingly, this has the prefix "UZ", like Toby Fox's "UZ Inu" pseudonym for projects he doesn't want his name attached to.
A double-scaled animation of the Annoying Dog dancing with maracas. While seen in certain incidental places (such as the official website's Dog Check and the version of Chapter 1 played on Fangamer's stream), it's never shown in Chapter 4. Despite this however, this animation was apparently intended to show up during the fight against the Mikes, according to the code of obj_mike_attack_controller.
Angry Annoying Dog. Probably intended for the intro of the Dog Race, but he keeps his normal expression in this scene.
The Annoying Dog falling, with a sad and neutral expression.
Various small dog stilts for the end of the Dog Race. In-game, longer stilts are used.

Lancer#
Unused sprite of Lancer in the Lancer parade during the post-game. Obviously unused, since he plays the tuba in-game.
(Source: Original TCRF research)
Swatchling#
Swatchling in the parade. Only Chapter 1 Darkners are seen in the parade in-game.

Zapper#
Zapper in the parade. Same as above.

Green Pippins#
Various annoyed expressions for Green Pippins. A couple of these would later be used in Chapter 5.
Green Pippins pointing at himself.
