Street Fighter II (DOS)

The DOS Street Fighter II is generally regarded as one of the worst ports of the game, with bad animation, unresponsive controls, and heavily altered music.

It was eventually followed up by a far better port of Super Street Fighter II Turbo made by a completely different studio.
