LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga comes to Windows in the form of a port. This is notable for being the oldest TT Games LEGO game to be on Steam, and may be the most popular LEGO game ever.

Sub-Pages#

Unused Character Models#

To do:
There's a lot more unused characters that are documented here1

PrincessLeia#

TCS_LSW1Leia_Front.png TCS_LSW1Leia_Back.png

Princess Leia's model from Lego Star Wars 1, completely unedited, this model is only compatible with padmé's animations. Her high res model is just a copy of her low res model

SanSweet#

TCS_Sansweet_Front.png TCS_Sansweet_Back.png

An unused character folder can be found within the game's files by the name Sansweet. Using the Lego Star Wars 2 animation skeleton he was most likely done over Ben Kenobi. Based on the name and appearance of the character, it can be assumed that it was meant to represent Steve Sansweet, owner of the largest collection of Star Wars memorabilia.

Spaceman#

TCS_Spaceman_Front.png TCS_Spaceman_Back.png

Spaceman from the LEGO Launch Command theme from 1995. This model is a leftover from LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game. Much like his original model, the helmet and face don't show up properly in-game. His high res model is just a copy of his low res model.

WA7#

TCS_WA7_Front.png TCS_WA7_Back.png

The WA7 waitress droid from dexter's diner, also from Lego Star Wars 1, completely unedited. Her high res model is just a copy of her low res model. The animations seen on the screenshot are copied from LSW1.

Unused Game Mechanic#

Found in the game files is this rotating unused object, when the player touches it, the player will get the power up effect from the blue ball. While the change to a blue ball is unknown, it might be reminiscent from the old E3 Demo of LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game. Noting that the code for this unused powerup is still left in the game and is still functional, it's just the "powerup" text that is missing. Watch on YouTube

Unused Music#

Star Wars#

Dexter's Diner All four music tracks for Dexter's Diner from the first game can be found in the game's music folder. It is possible that the player would have originally ventured to Dexter's Diner to play through the prequel levels, but all levels in the final game are accessed through the Mos Eisley Cantina, with the diner nowhere to be found.

Indiana Jones#

It seems that it was planned that the Lost Temple level from LEGO Indiana Jones was planned to be playable, instead of just the trailer, as early versions of the music and cutscene audio can be found in this game's audio folders.

Six storyboards for LEGO Batman are leftover in place of the English LEGO Star Wars II demo graphics.

Unused Japanese language setting#

A Japanese language setting exists but is only partly finished. In the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\LucasArts\LEGOStarWarsSaga or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432Node\LucasArts\LEGOStarWarsSaga, set the LanguageVal dword to 1041 (decimal). The font appears larger and a lot of text is missing.
