Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter expands on the previous game, adding advanced mechanics such as Force powers, and includes a new cast of characters whose mission is to stop the production of a superweapon lead by a dangerous foe. It too got an enhanced release on the Xbox, but didn't sell well enough to make it to PC.

Miscellaneous Unused Content#
Things that were scrapped but don't fit into any one mission.
Cut Enemy#
Watch on YouTubeShown in the unlockable concept art and mentioned multiple times in unused mission voice lines is an anti-bomb turret capable of shooting down Nym's bombs. This turret remains in the game files and is mostly complete, only lacking sound effects and a preview model. It also has no range limit for its bomb detection, so if lots are placed in a level, firing a bomb will cause severe lag as all the turrets will start firing at it.
Unused Missions#
Watch on YouTubeMany unused missions exist in the game data, most of which completely lack audio or objectives. One of these is the mysterious 7th mission - known only as "convoy" which would've taken place between "Mount Merakan" and "Hammer and Anvil", where you protect an evac transport from an earlier version of "Poisoned Skies". All text, voice lines, and models have been removed from the disc, but the mission script and transcripts of the voice lines remain. The entire mission is mostly placeholders, and was likely cut very early on due to the story drastically changing.
Unused Communicator Heads#
Watch on YouTubeSome voice lines are set up to have a communicator view appear that shows a portrait of the character that's talking. Four of these exist that go completely unused but work if called via script or the debugging console - Vana Sage, Yoda, Saesee Tiin, and a generic pilot from Nym's crew. The first three characters have many unused voice lines from older revisions of missions that could've used these, and while Yoda only has one used voice line, he has many from an unused and very incomplete race minigame where he commentates, so that probably would've been used there. Various members of Nym's crew were set up to talk at various points throughout the game, all related voice lines going unused due to them being part of earlier revisions of missions, but some of these could've used it.
Unused Menus#
Watch on YouTubeSeveral unused menus exist in the Xbox re-release:
- A placeholder level select menu with mentions of test levels
- A small "minigame" where a red triangle can shoot at a head, only controllable by keyboard
- A prerelease temporary UI using Star Wars: Starfighter's menus, which has a slot for Convoy, not mentioning it by name, but rather saying that it's cut. Has crude descriptions for each mission.
