- As shown in the General Differences section, the 6th level of each episode was built with gold bricks. Thus, the bonus doors just used the regular door design instead of using gold bricks.

- Wuher is not present.
- Outside, it plays the Negotiations music from the first game.
- You cannot enter LEGO City from the outside. You must use the debug menu.
- The Bounty Hunter Missions room is very incomplete. Jabba is not present, chairs cannot be destroyed, and the music is the regular cantina music.
