LEGO Football

This game was never completed and/or given a public release.
As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually been released.

This prototype is documented on Hidden Palace.

LEGO Football is, as the name suggests, a LEGO-themed football/soccer game by Data Design Interactive. Despite the football theme, it has no relation to Soccer Mania, which was released a few years later.

What remains here is a very barebones tech demo build dated November 16, 1998, found in a Microsoft Outlook archive among DDI's assets. It consists of a basic character customizer (with some rather unsettling placeholder face textures) and an animation tester.

Unused Sounds#

All but one of these are differently-pitched versions of the same sound. Oddly, these are the sounds of Wallace's service device from the Wallace & Gromit short "The Wrong Trousers". They most likely originate from the cancelled ''Wallace and Gromit: The Grand Tour.

Duplicate Textures#

Area1.tga#
