Many voices and most of the appearances from this game's exclusive characters (Chest, Plum, and Ripot) were cut from the game outside Japan: Chest, the blue robot without legs, gives details of selected courses and the player's car parts, Plum interviews the opponent before the race, and both her and Ripot give commentary during the race.
Some parts that only had voices were replaced by text, like the opponent complaining that he lost and the player receiving the prize money from Ripot.
Mega Man (and in certain circumstances, Dr. Wily) says the name of the game in the title screen.
