A late prototype of Dancing Stage EuroMIX, dated September 1, 2000, was released by drx as part of the Hidden Palace February 2020 Community Group Buy lot.
Known Differences#
Intro Movie#
- The intro movie still displays the game's title as Dance Dance Revolution. This behavior can be also seen in the Arcade release.

Options Menu#
- An additional setting is present in the Button Configuration options. Titled the "Dance Play Setting", it changes the input method for the two controllers in Double Play. When one of the controller settings is toggled off, the game will only accept inputs from the directional buttons. This was removed likely due to the realization the PlayStation controller does not support Up+Down or Left+Right presses.
