Story Missions

Jealous Johnny#

The vast majority of the lines are not used and they show the mission was meant to be different and more elaborate, the player also had to follow Gord and Lola around Old Bullworth Vale rather than Bullworth Town.

First, Jimmy and Johnny would've had this conversation when they meet in the New Coventry bypass. The intro cutscene originally took place in the Auto Shop, as evidenced by unused marker coordinates and the dialogue in the cutscene itself.

After arriving at the school, Gord and Parker would've conversated a bit before Gord sets off to meet Lola.

After that, Gord would've met with Lola in an unknown location and then both would've gone to the beach. It's possible the first picture was meant to be taken here. Gord's 013 quote is used when he's about to kiss Lola.

Afterward, they would go to another location and meet up with several preps who would've let them both go to a place for privacy and here the player had to sneak in and take a photo.

There are lines the preps would've been saying while the player sneaked past them.

There are also lines for the preps when they noticed Jimmy.

When Jimmy sneaked to where Gord and Lola were, they would be having a conversation before leaving the place.

Then, Gord and Lola were going to be driven by a chauffeur and the player had to follow the car they were going on.

After they arrived at the garage mentioned by Gord, the player was supposed to take a photo of Gord trying to undo Lola's bra.

There are lines Lola would've been saying while the player had to take the photo.

After taking the photo, Lola would've ended the date and abandoned Gord.

There are quotes from Johnny for when standing around him without having the pictures yet, he simply doesn't say them.

While Lola's quotes for seeing Jimmy are used, the lines from Gord aren't.

Jimmy has quotes for taking the pictures, depending if they were good or bad, and he just doesn't say them.

Bait#

At the beginning of the mission, the player is given a bike to use and it seems that instead of it being unguarded it was originally going to be stolen from Thad, and after stealing it Fatty would apparently chase after Jimmy.

It seems it also would've been possible to steal Fatty's bike.

Despite having a quote for it, Gord doesn't say anything when stealing his bike.

There are also lines that Gord was meant to say with his bike stolen chasing Jimmy.

The purpose of the following lines for is unknown, Jimmy's line indicates they were for the section of luring Gord but the context of the quotes from the preps is unclear. Tad's line ended up repurposed and used in the final game for Cook's Date.

Wrong Part of Town#

Two lines from Johnny in the sequence where he interrogates Cornelius go unused: the first one indicates that instead of Cornelius being alone there would've been two other Nerds present and the Greasers took care of them, and in the second Johnny acknowledged Jimmy's presence.

There were meant to be greasers at the pizza parlor where Cornelius misleads them in his dialogue, due to that place not being in the final game, no one is there. Norton's response to Ricky ended up repurposed in the final game for the sequence where the greasers find Jimmy and company.

Several lines for the sequence after finding Algie go unused: most notably, it was supposed to be thanks to Gary that Jimmy and company got found instead of the greasers just conveniently stumbling on them. In the final game, Gary's role in this mission was reduced to just a cameo when Cornelius is interrogated.

In the sequence where the trio briefly slows down before resuming the escape, Jimmy was supposed to respond to Chad's comment about being tired and displayed his sense of humor, but it seems it wasn't funny enough for the developers. Also, note that line 033 got repurposed, in the actual game it plays after 030.

Jimmy was supposed to respond to Algie's line where he's shocked that Chad worries about his reputation.

There is a line from Gary after the quotes for the conversation at the end of the mission, whether he was planned to make an appearance here or if it intended for something else unknown.

Two lines from Mr. Ramirez for some unknown purpose in the escape section. The line that was ordered after these was deleted.

A line of Bucky rewarding Jimmy with something, it's unknown what.

Tagging#

There are only 3 voice clips for this mission and they're not used, they show that the player would've had to fight some greasers after painting all the tags instead of the mission ending immediately.

Lola's Race#

Lola was supposed to be heard doing the starting countdown, in the actual game she does it silently instead.

The greasers have lines meant for when they passed Jimmy during the race. These include quotes for a fourth greaser opponent, Vance, who isn't a competitor in the final game.

The greasers that make trees fall during the race were meant to say lines.

The second line Johnny was meant to say in the conversation at the end of the mission is left out in the actual game, and all the lines for the part where Jimmy kisses Lola go unused.

The Tenements#

Vance was supposed to be heard saying this after entering the tenements.

As shown by these voice clips and the previous one, Lefty was originally supposed to be found sleeping in the room where Vance gets out. In the final game, he still spawns on top of the mattress in the corner but is standing up and awake instead.

There is also an exchange for when Lefty woke up.

Instead of standing alone in the room where he's encountered, Hal was supposed to be found with Ricky, and the quotes that he says in the game when fighting him were originally meant to be part of a conversation. What's weird is the second quote was meant to be said by Jimmy, but for some reason, it was recorded with Hal's actor and also labeled as a line for that character.

The old man Krakauer was supposed to make an appearance, possibly in the outside section of the tenements' balcony part.

Jimmy was meant to say lines when inspecting the breakable walls without having the sledgehammer yet, in the actual game only an objective text appears for that.

Jimmy was meant to say lines for when picking up Lola's lipstick, laundry, address book, keys, and perfume respectively.

When Jimmy picks up Norton's sledgehammer, he was supposed to say these quotes.

There were supposed to be some greasers who would've found out that Norton got ran over by an elementary school bus defeated by Jimmy. In the actual game, there are no more enemies after defeating Norton.

Only the first line for the ending sequence is used, Jimmy's response and Lola's quote following it were left out.

The Rumble#

At the beginning of the mission, there was meant to be an intro sequence from the perspective of the Preps and the Greasers before their fight starts.

While chasing Peanut, he was supposed to say stuff to Jimmy.

As shown by these quotes and the fact that during the mission Peanut is noticeably programmed to run faster than other characters, originally Peanut was going to be escaping on foot rather than riding a bike. While chasing him, other greasers would've come to attack Jimmy.

After Peanut stopped running away, he and Jimmy would have a small exchange and then fight.

After dealing with Peanut, this exchange would've taken place. His chase was not originally going to stop in the alley near the tenements, as this conversation shows.

Before going to the alley, there was going to be an objective where Gord had to be saved from some trouble he was having with the greasers. He has lines asking for help.

After helping Gord, there would've been this short exchange of him becoming an ally.

After reaching the alley, Johnny was meant to appear there talking to his gang before Jimmy arrives. The presence of Hal here indicates that originally the player was going to fight the greaser members that actually appear in the following cutscene, which is not consistent in the final game.

Fighting Johnny Vincent#

In the first section of the mission, Norton and Ricky say lines about the cops, Peanut and Vance also have lines for it but theirs didn't get used.

There is an unused response from Jimmy to what Johnny tells him before heading to the junkyard.

Judging how Jimmy here sounds like he's losing balance and that this voice clip is ordered before the lines for the boss fight section, it may be possible this was meant for an in-game version of the cutscene where Jimmy gets tripped from his bike and onto the junkyard.

There is a line from Johnny that was supposed to come before what he says at the beginning of the fight, and also an unused response from Jimmy to that used line.

Jimmy has lines taunting Johnny while he rides his bicycle, but instead, he's silent as usual.

Originally, Pete didn't have a forced appearance in the boss fight, instead, Jimmy had to somehow turn on the magnet himself, and these lines show that greasers would've come and be able to turn the magnet off. Note that Pete's quotes are the last ones ordered for this mission, proving he was added later in development.

Johnny was meant to shout stuff while fighting him, but he just doesn't. However, the second quote ended up repurposed and is heard at the beginning of the mission.

Jimmy was supposed to say this line at the start of the second phase of the boss fight... but the boss fight doesn't have one in the final game. Note that the lines from Johnny for his mud kick attack are ordered after this quote, indicating he originally wasn't going to do that move until his health was lowered to a certain point.

Dialogue for an in-game version of the ending cutscene, with the conversation being different and way shorter.

Pete has three variations telling Jimmy to help him get to the crane, but in the NIS before the boss fight he is programmed to always only say the first one.

Side Missions

Comic Klepto#

Zack doesn't say these lines he has for standing around him without retrieving the stolen comics yet.

Jimmy and Constantinos were meant to say stuff to each other during the chase.

Constantinos has lines telling people to move out of his way.

A line from Constantinos possibly meant for when he starts throwing fire crackers.

A line from Mr. Martin, it's unknown where he would've appeared and said this. Curiously, the lines after this quote until 014 are missing, it's unknown what they were but it's a big gap in the voice clips.

Another line Constantinos was meant to say at some unknown point.

These lines apparently indicate that instead of the mission failing when Constantinos reaches the school, he would've stopped there and gotten some Bullies to fight Jimmy.

Jimmy was supposed to say a line when retrieving the stolen comics.

A line from Jimmy that seems to be related to the previously-mentioned exchange that may have involved Jimmy fighting the Bullies.

The lines heard at the end of the mission were supposed to come after two other lines that preceded them.

An extra line from Zack of unknown purpose. Four lines that were ordered before this one were deleted.

Another extra line from Zack, this one for some reason has a different filename pattern from the rest. Purpose unknown.

Glass House#

As shown by unused markers, the objective of following Mr. Hattrick from the school originally didn't exist, instead, Jimmy went to the house and found the gate locked only to see Hattrick arriving and gaining access.

This was meant to be the actual last line Mr. Hattrick would say before he gets out of his house, the quote heard in the actual game was supposed to be said before this one.

Cook's Crush/Cook's Date#

The teachers that Jimmy has to get away from the Staff Room were originally meant to be inside the room itself instead of standing by its entrance, and they would make Jimmy leave when he entered and so Jimmy had to pull the fire alarm to get them out. Also, the teacher besides Dr. Slawter was meant to be Mr. Wiggins instead of Dr. Watts.

After pulling the fire alarm and getting Slawter and Wiggins out, they both would have a conversation before leaving.

Apparently, Slawter and Wiggins may have had this exchange after they got out of the Staff Room and before the conversation above.

Jimmy and Fatty were supposed to have an exchange before Jimmy is offered to pay for the candy. In the actual game, Fatty directly says the last line despite Jimmy not talking to him beforehand, which is odd.

Jimmy was meant to have a unique line when the player pays for the candy, in the actual game the generic lines for giving money are heard instead.

Fatty was meant to say this line while fighting him, but he doesn't.

Jimmy was meant to say this line after getting the candy.

As shown by unused data, when getting the sedatives in the alley next to the Easy Drugs store Mr. Martin was supposed to appear and would get his dogs to attack Jimmy.

There were supposed to be some sequences where the cliques that come and interrupt the date would talk with Dr. Watts and Edna. Only a few of the quotes from the conversations ended up being used.

The conversation with the Nerds.

The clique students were supposed to have quotes for when they get hit.

The conversation with the Preppies.

The preps getting hit.

The conversation with the jocks.

The jocks getting hit.

There was meant to be a second set of nerds, these being Algie and Fatty. This is the conversation.

There was supposed to be a sequence at the end of the date where Edna would get mad and Dr. Watts would try to leave but she distracts him to put the sedatives in Watts' coffee which he then drinks. Some lines at the beginning ended up repurposed and used when the date gets ruined, and the lines at the end mostly ended up used but with some exceptions.

A line from Fatty telling Algie to leave with him. Possibly for when hitting them.

Mandy has a line she was meant to say before approaching the date, it's possible she may have led the group of girls that appear alongside her in the game.

Rendezvous

The lines for the cut mission that was supposed to take place after Bait, which the leftover code doesn't use.

These lines are for a sequence there was meant to be when Tad meets Lola. One line was deleted and a line from Tad was mistakenly labeled with the ID of Jealous Johnny possibly by mistake.

There are lines from Lola if Jimmy moved out of the balcony.

Lola has lines warning about Greasers coming from the left...

...from the right...

...as well for the Greasers that come from over the fence.

Lola also has lines for Greasers coming from multiple directions.

Lola has lines for the player knocking out Greasers.

If the player failed to defend Tad, Lola would've said this mission failure line.

The Greasers have lines while they fought Tad. Vance is the only Greaser that has two quotes and they're listed with the ID of Bait.

At some point, the Greasers would've noticed Jimmy on the balcony and come after him.

The lines for the intro of the removed Christmas mission that would've started with a conversation inside the boys' dorm. The conversation appears to indicate there might have been another type of collectible exclusive to Chapter III around the map. Trevor's quote is listed with the ID of Christmas is Here possibly due to a typo.
