While standing as one of the many console ports of the original PC game, this Japan-only port of SimCity 2000 added some exclusive features not seen in the other versions, including 3D cutscenes, a dating simulator, horse racing and monster breeding, which can allow for monster battles right on your city.

Hidden Logo#

Holding R+Z+Start on Controller 4 any time within the first 20 seconds of the game booting will display a small Genki logo in the upper left corner of the screen.
