The "sequel" to Wii Fit, with 21 extra minigames, including segways, chicken costumes, doing math by bumping your butt against mushrooms, Rhythm Kung-Fu, and more crazy antics!
Unused Graphics#
My Wii Fit Plus#

Inside LayoutCommon\RPHealthMyMenu\common.carc is an unused texture of a pint of beer. This was supposed to be used in My Wii Fit Plus Calorie Goal, but it didn't make it to the game. This was likely cut to avoid any age rating complications.
Credits#
Stage\RPHealthMyMenu\Credit.carc has a dummy texture in the balance board's texture files. "ダミー" translates to "Dummy." This was most likely used to test the projector effect for the text when the Wii Balance Board was in front of the screen.
Perfect 10#
Inside Common\RPHealthCalculation\common.carc are two unused textures for the numbers on the mushrooms. This one is a placeholder texture, "仮" translates to "temporary."
The number "0" goes unused, most likely due to its redundancy for the game.
Tilt City#
Inside Effect\RPHealthColor\effect.carc is multiple dummy textures with the same texture but different names, and in this case, colours dummy_tex_red, dummy_tex_green, dummy_tex_blue, dummy_tex_yellow.
Rhythm Kung-Fu#

Inside Effect\RPHealthRhythmKungfu\effect.carc are two early screenshots of Rhythm Kung-Fu, with one being the earliest. Interestingly, several of the Miis shown are staff Miis from Mario Kart Wii.
Snowball Fight#
Inside Common\RPHealthShooting\common.carc is an unused sign texture from Wii Fit.
There's also another unused texture, a low-resolution image of the Ski Jump game.
Unused Models#
Island Cycling#
Stage\RPHealthBicycle\TestField.arc has a testing stage for the bicycle minigame, probably testing things such as ramps, surfaces, and distances.

It has several textures representing different materials with kanji on it.
These say "仮" (Temporary).
A picture with "Mii" written on it.
Snowball Fight#
Inside Common\RPHealthShooting\common.carc are two unused models that are named FP_sht_wall and FP_sht_wall2
Snowboard Slalom#

Inside Common\RPHealthSki\common.carc is an unused snowboarder model that looks like an early version of the snowboarder in the Snowboard Slalom minigame. The model avatar_snowboard.brres has two animations snowboard_left and snowboard_right.
There are also two same looking unused textures inside the unused snowboarder model named main0_tex and main1_tex
Unused Miis#

Inside Common\RPHealthStatic\common.carc are many unused Mii files. Here are Mii Studio renders of them. First is たかし (Takashi), then まま (Mama), まさこ (Masako), けんた (Kenta), and あか (Aka; short for 赤ちゃん [aka-chan], meaning baby). Most of these Miis are found in Japanese promo screenshots of this game.
Unused Tutorial#
Rhythm Kung-Fu has an unused second tutorial called rtm_tutorial_2.bin in Common\RPHealthRhythmKungfu\common.carc that possibly could've been used for the Advanced difficulty. Not much is different other than the fact that the first punch is replaced with a kick.

Present in InstallInfo/HealthNand#$.txt where, according to the internal developer wiki, these are files titled the way symbol maps are. # is the destination (game region), and $ is the Target (build target), i.e. "UP" is the US Product. Interestingly, it mentions most likely the internal name of the game's channel.

Unused Taiwanese Text#
Although the Taiwanese version of the game is missing the Calorie Check menu in the My Wii Fit Plus room, the text for it is still present and can be seen by loading it on another region of the game.

The Taiwanese Calorie Check goal message is also present and can be seen using a savefile from another region that has already set a calorie goal.

Unused Chinese Safety Screen Texts#
LayoutCommon\RPHealthTitle\common.carc has three unused Chinese Safety Screen texts.
Debugging Material#
Build Display#
Oddly not stubbed out in product builds of the game is a hidden display for the product build date. According to the developer documents in an internal developer wiki found in the 2020-09-09 Nintendo leaks, pressing a button combo going by "A, Up (D-Pad), 2, Down (D-Pad), B, 1, 1, B, Left (D-Pad), A and Right (D-Pad)" on a Wii Remote at the square (title screen) will show a display in the bottom right corner in red for the region and product build type (found in the executable) and also print out the data in timeStamp.txt until the scene is exited, there is no sound cue.
Exception Handler#
The NintendoWare exception handler is present in retail builds of the game. When the game crashes, press the following buttons on player 1's Wii Remote, held vertically, to display it:
HOME, A, B, 1, 2, -, +
Once the data finishes loading, use the D-Pad to scroll through it.
