Personal Trainer: Walking is one of a few Nintendo DS games that can connect to the Mii Channel and utilize Miis, before Mii Maker made it a built-in feature for any participating Nintendo 3DS game.
"Connect to Wii" Feature#
Pressing L, R, X then holding B on the title screen will bring up a hidden menu option. This feature would've been used to transfer your walking data to the Wii Fit Body Check Channel. Interestingly, the feature works on all regions of the game despite the Wii Fit Body Check Channel only being available in Japan.
