Atlus U.S.A., Inc., previously known briefly as Asuka Technologies, Atlus Software and Index Digital Media following the 2010 restructuring was the North American publishing unit of Atlus, handling localization and publishing of its titles, as well as those of third parties in North America.
They were folded into Sega of America's operations in 2018, and are currently named Atlus West. The company these days no longer publishes video games and exists only for licensing, with Sega handling the publication of Atlus' titles.
