The Game Gear Mortal Kombat 3 was a Europe-exclusive colorized version of the Game Boy game with even worse controls.
Mercy#
The Mercy finishing move appears to exist in some form in the game. The steps to do it in the Game Boy version (at the end of Round 3, hold Punch and press Down, Down, Down, Down) do not appear to work in this one.

Randper Kombat#
A text string for "Randper Kombat" is present along with the other Versus Screen codes, but this is just leftover text. There is no actual code combination or programming to enable "Randper Kombat".
