Looney Tunes: Beanstalk Bunny and the Abominable Snow Rabbit is a Flash game based on the Looney Tunes short, Beanstalk Bunny, alongside The Abominable Snow Rabbit in the case of Hugo appearing in this game. Despite this however, Beaky Buzzard, a character who doesn't appear in either both of these shorts, appears here.

Sprite 707 seems to be a header for a supposed "InputManager", which might be a debug mode. It's unknown whether the code for it is still in the game, or if it has been removed entirely.
