This is a sub-page of Grand Theft Auto IV/The Ballad of Gay Tony.
Main Characters#
Tony Prince#
Face was originally slightly different, as evidenced by the specular texture, of which the most noticeable things are the eyebrows and mustache.

On pre-release screenshots, it can be seen that the hair color was also different.
Tony's cutscene model has all sorts of leftovers from his artwork looks, and the first one is his appearance from loading screen, where he stands with champagne in his hand, in a suit that does not appear anywhere in the game, but the suit itself exist in the files.

Next up are the beige pants, which appear in one of the artworks but never seen in the game, and again they exist in the files.

And finally, Tony has a couple more unused models - a white T-shirt and hand models adapted to it.

Yusuf Amir#
Similar to Tony, Yusuf has an unused model that matches his artwork appearance, although situation here is a little different.

It can be seen that the shirt has various patterns on the artwork, while in the game these details are missing, either they was added by the artist himself, or in the game we have its earlier appearance.
On the artwork there is also white pants, a model that matches them is exist and used by the game, but their color is already different.
On pre-release materials, as well as in the reflection texture from the files, it can be seen that Yusuf's tracksuit was originally red instead of black.
Mori Kibbutz#
Ever wondered why the developers made two similar artworks with Mori? It turns out that one of them shows his early appearance, part of which was found in the files.

That part from the early artwork is a texture of the arm, most of which is unused, and among this unused part, the key detail is the tattoo. The final texture of the arms is included in the torso texture that matches Mori's appearance from late artwork.

Gracie Ancelotti#
The unused hat from IV migrated to TBoGT, where it also does not appear anywhere.

Ray Bulgarin#
Bulgarin had his appearance from IV, at least the in-game model was such, which can be seen on pre-release screenshot.
Minor Characters#
Troy#
Troy's face was a bit different according to the specular texture.

Clay PG Jackson#
Clay has an unused hat model.
Although this hat does not appear during the gameplay, it can be seen both on the billboard and on the Celebinator website, but it is not that simple, since it also can be seen that Clay's suit is different from what appears in the game itself, all of this is because Clay was made from M_M_Smartblack pedestrian assets.
British Prince#
Has an unused glasses and a hat.
Al Di Napoli#
Has an unused glasses.
Just like Clay, Al Di Napoli appears on the Celebinator website in a slightly different look, which is the looks of the M_Y_Guido_01 pedestrian that Al Di Napoli was made on.
Blue Brothers#
Both brothers have unused glasses, where it appears one was supposed to wear blue ones while the other wore red.
Bruce Spade#
Like the previous characters, Spade has an unused model of glasses, here however they are featured on the Celebinator website.
Aside from glasses, Spade also has an unused hands texture.

Baz#
Apparently when making a new episode of Men's Room, the developers decided not to clean up the files and left both the props and characters from that show, and if Jeremy is used in a cutscene on the Blog This mission, then Baz's model goes completely unused, along with the glasses and cap models that have never appeared anywhere before.

In the texture file of the Baz model, there is a texture of blue gloves, which can only be seen on painting in Pegorino's house in IV, these gloves never appeared on the Men's Room show.
Removed Characters#
CS_DockGoon#
In peds.ide file there is a leftover line from a removed minor character called cs_dockgoon.
CS_DockGoon, Null, CIVMALE, move_player, GESTURES@MALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_HI, visemes@m_hi, 0, move_player, null, -1,-1, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, M_Y_PHarlem_01, VOICE_PLY_CR
What he looked like and in which docks he meant to appear is unknown.
