ライナー
(Liner) |
つよく ちょくせんてきで いちども
バウンドしていない だきゅうのことを
ライナー といいます。
ボールをとるとき はじかないよう
ちゅういがひつようです。 |
A fly ball that has not bounced even once and is
hit strongly and directly is called a line
drive. Care is needed when catching the
ball so that it does not bounce off. |
ラッキーゾーン
(Lucky Zone) |
ホームランが でやすくなるように
ライトとレイトのフェンスぎわにある
さくで かこまれたばしょのことを
ラッキーゾーン といいます。
ここにだきゅうが ノーバウンドで
はいれば ホームランになります。
なまえどおりのラッキーなばしょです。 |
The enclosed area near the fences of right and
left fields, which is designed to make home runs
easier, is called the lucky zone. If the ball enters
this area without bouncing, it becomes a home run.
It is a truly lucky spot. |
ラン
(Run) |
しあいでいれた とくてんのことを
ラン といいます。
スコア ともいわれます。 |

ランナー
(Runner) |
るいにでた こうげきがわの
せんしゅのことを ランナー
といいます。
そうしゃ ともいわれます。 |
The offensive player on the team is called
the runner. They are also called the batter. |
ランニングホームラン
(Running Home Run) |
バッターがうったあと ホームラン
いがいでホームまで いっきに かえる
ことを ランニングホームラン
といいます。
ホームに かえるまでに あいての
エラーが いちどでも あったときは
ランニングホームランになりません。 |
When a batter hits a ball and runs all
the way to home plate without stopping, it
is called a running home run. However, it is
not considered a running home run if there was
an error by the opposing team before the runner
reached home plate. |
リタッチ
(Retouch) |
リタッチとは ランナーが はなれた
るいに ふたたび ふれることです。
あるじょうけんで ランナーは
リタッチ しなければいけません。
そのじょうけんとは・・・
１、ランナーが るいを ふむことを
わすれたとき。
２、フライを とられた しゅんかんに
ランナーが るいから はなれて
いたとき。
３、ランナーが タッチアップを
しようとして やしゅが ボールを
とるよりはやく るいを
はなれたとき。
リタッチ していないじょうたいで
ボールをもった あいてに るいを
タッチされると アウトになります。 |
Retouch refers to when a runner touches the
base again after leaving it. In some
cases, runners are required to retouch the
base. These cases are:
1. When a runner forgets to step on a base.
2. When a runner is not touching a
base when a fly ball is caught.
3. When a runner leaves a base too
early while attempting a tag up.
If a runner fails to retouch a base
and is tagged with the ball,
they will be called out. |

なげる ピッチャーのことを
リリーフピッチャー といいます。
きゅうえんとうしゅ ともいわれます。 |
A pitcher who replaces the starting pitcher

ランナーの セーフやアウトの
はんていをする しんぱんのことを
るいしん といいます。 |

(Level Swing) |
バットを すいへいにふりぬく
スイングのしかたを レベルスイング

ロージンバッグ
(Rosin Bag) |
すべりどめがはいったふくろのことを
ロージンバッグ といいます。
おもに ピッチャーが ボールを
なげやすくするために つかいます。 |
A bag with non-slippery residue inside
is called a rosin bag. It is mainly
used by pitchers to help them grip the
ball better. |
ローテーション
(Rotation) |
ピッチャーを じゅんばんで
かえていくことを ローテーション
といいます。 |
The act of changing pitchers in
a specific order is called rotation. |
ロングヒット
(Long Hit) |
ツーベースヒット スリーベースヒット
ホームランのことをまとめて
ロングヒット といいます。
ちょうだ ともいわれます。 |
