Notes#

  • Maxis appears to have mixed up the "Green Means Go" Paint and "Deepwood Green" Paint. The latter has the filename wall-paintjeweldkgreen and matches the "Green Means Go" Paint with spotlight, while the former has the filename wall-paintjewelltgreen and is actually a "light" green variant that doesn't match any other wall covering. The filename structure suggests that light-colored variants were planned for this entire series of walls, with the green one having been left in by mistake when the idea was scrapped.
  • The filenames for the Booring Linoleum, Seeing Stars!, and the two variants of Booring Linoleum, now in extra tacky! identify the floors as carpets instead of linoleum.
  • Of all the duo-color wall panel variants, only "Deep Burgundy" is an exact match with its related series of walls. This may suggest that the hue of the other walls was changed during development.
  • While not unused itself, the existence of the blue-on-white variant of the "Ocean Depths" Paint wall panel and its filename wall-paintroyalblueduo-fr-wh suggests there would have been a royal blue version of the '''"Deep Burgandy", "Burnt Orange", and "Savannah Sienna" series of walls, as all of those have an associated duo-color wall panel.
