Unused Chart Data#
From Previous Games#
- Ai wo torimodose!! (mhoku)
-
- Both Extreme/Oni charts contain unseen branch areas that match data found in its previous appearances in Taiko no Tatsujin 4 and Taiko no Tatsujin: Go! Go! Godaime.
- Touch (mtouch)
-
- The Easy/Kantan, Normal/Futsuu and Hard/Muzukashii charts contain unused branch areas that match data found as early as Taiko no Tatsujin 4. Curiously, the unused areas in the former two charts became the proper chart data in Taiko no Tatsujin 5 and 6.
- Omatsuri ninja (mninja)
-
- Both Extreme/Oni charts contain unseen branch areas that match data found in its previous appearance in Taiko no Tatsujin: Go! Go! Godaime, though the drumroll at measure 13 has a length of 1.346s in the unseen Master Branch. The used drumroll's length was also modified to 2.269s.
Unseen Branches#
Dragon Spirit medley (mdrsp)#
This song's 2P Normal/Futsuu chart has both Advanced and Master branches populated, despite it lacking transition parameters. Almost all measures have the same note arrangement, with a Small Don (ドン) at beat 0 and three Small Ka (カッ) at beats 1, 2, and 3; the only measure that does not have this arrangement is the Master branch of the 2P side of the last measure, 114.
Mappy ondo (mmappy)#
This song's Hard/Muzukashii charts have populated Advanced and Master branches before the first transition. Aside from measures 9 and 10, they're the same to what is seen, with the content of these latter two measures repeating after the transition happens.

Unseen 2P Sides#

Within the file which contains the sprites for the note lyrics, is a graphic reading "イモ連打", which is an unused graphic associated with the Yam notes seen in Taiko no Tatsujin: Go! Go! Godaime and Taiko no Tatsujin 7.
Scrapped Song Leftovers#
Within the game's graphical data are scrapped song leftovers. While most of them are merely placeholders, one song can be properly identified.
