There are many unused strings and voice clips that hint towards Hitman being almost a completely different Activity; the protagonist must go with Wong, Deb, or Marcel and kill specific people with certain weapons within a time limit. They must not leave witnesses and certain weapons would give them bonuses. Parts of the Activity seem strikingly similar to what would be FUZZ in Saints Row 2, where criminals must be killed, sometimes with specific weapons with bonuses.

Despite having over a handful of leftovers, the original objective was likely scrapped midway through development because there's many incomplete traces, such as the lack of a Homie mugshot icon for Deb and Marcel, lack of overworld dialogue for Deb and incomplete (and unused) overworld dialogue for Marcel. Most of Hitman targets don't match up the final ones and don't have names.

The rest are the unused pedestrian voice clips, which are organized by CHASE, MAR/DEB/WONG_SEE, GUARD, in the normal pedestrian voice files.

Hitman Homies#

There are two types of phone dialogue for Mr. Wong, Debbie and Marcel intended to be used in order for them to reach the target. They were likely intended to be called from the Cell Phone during the mission as temporary Homies, little overworld data exists for Debbie and Marcel in the final; Debbie lacks a non-cutscene model and a set of voice clips while Marcel doesn't have enough voice clips.

Police Notoriety#

Phone call dialogue for Mr. Wong, Debbie and Marcel not wanting to be seen with the Police, likely intended for use if the protagonist has Police Notoriety.
