Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link

This game was never completed and/or given a public release. As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually been released.

This game is defunct. Do note the game no longer works at all without modifications. This is most likely due to the game's servers being shut down. As a result, further official developments with the game are unlikely to happen.

Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link was meant to be the sequel to Kingdom Hearts Union χ, continuing off where it ended with Brain in Scala ad Caelum and being a bridge between that game and Kingdom Hearts Dark Road, while being tied to the upcoming Kingdom Hearts IV to some extent.

While there was a couple of closed beta tests, the game was ultimately cancelled around May 2025 due to finding difficulty in a service that players could enjoy.

Unused Graphics#

World Icons#

Multiple icons for worlds can be found in the gc folder, many of which are taken from Kingdom Hearts III. Interestingly, one of them is for the Pride Lands, hinting at its inclusion.

Room Loading Icons#

The Mask folder contains two different load icons: one for Arendelle and one for the Keyblade Graveyard.

Collodi#

There are several HDR files of Collodi, the town from Disney's Pinocchio. This would have been the first time Pinocchio's hometown would be featured, rather than the inside of Monstro or Prankster's Paradise.

Agrabah Box#

A box texture from Agrabah can be found in the AL folder, and is the only remnant of said world.

Unused Models#

Monstropolis Assets#

Some models from Monstropolis can be found in the npc and object folders, lifted directly from Kingdom Hearts III.

Dwarf Woodlands Boxes#

The boxes from Dwarf Woodlands can be found in the sw folder.

A small collusion map meant for the Realm of Darkness can be found in the dw folder.

Luxu#

Luxu and his No Name Keyblade can be found in the npc and wep folders.

The field theme from Traverse Town from Kingdom Hearts can be found in the music folder.
