Just like the previous game, places are stored as chunks. Some of them are loaded and even have collision, some aren't. Some of them can be accessed by the Smack That Ass Clipping glitch.

Scrapped Foreign Power Interior (sr2_chunk092)#
A heavily unfinished Foreign Power interior can be found in Harrowgate. The area contains three vehicles resembling Mags, two rooms (which have nothing) and some seats. It can be hard to navigate due to the vehicles having big collision.
Zooming into the left area loads some counters and extra seating.
Additional Stilwater Police Department Rooms (sr2_intsrmispolice)#
Both of these rooms have floor collision.
The first floor is located behind the interrogation room, consisting of a hallway and two rooms. The collision is all over the place and can be hard to navigate.
The second floor has an unusually large room which can be seen from the windows. Occasionally, police officers will spawn in that room which don't appear from the windows but on the minimap. The columns don't have any collision.
