Trail Blazing Downtown Cutscene Line Error#
In the Downtown cutscene for Trail Blazing, Chuck states that the protagonist will be "running around" in a flame suit but they stay in a vehicle at all times. Though this line can be related to exaggeration, this is more likely a leftover of the earlier Human Torch Activity where the protagonist must torch many pedestrians as possible while wearing a suit on fire.

- The windows were originally see-through, which is where the crib is located.
- There is a person present on the right corner, likely the protagonist.
- The ground where the trees are at the bottom left are different in texture.
- The roof of the crib was heavily unfinished, lacking the ventilation and radio tower.
- The right part appears to be broken or smudged or badly photoshopped out.
- The shadows on the trees and helipad were darker, more reminiscent of the previous game.
- There was no fog on the left in the distance, nor any distant unreachable island textures.

Unavailable Unlockable Vehicle#
In the unlock graphic for "Gang Customization Cars 3" (ui_ct_territory3.tga_0), a unique Third Street Saints Socialite can be seen at the top left but is never unlocked in Gang Customization. An unused variant of the Socialite in the exact same appearance from the graphic does exist.

The billboard for the Rounds Square Shopping Center found in the Ultor Dome (bboardtour04) has some small differences.
- The timecycle was bluer, along with less foggy bloom detail overall.
- The Viral logo on the second floor wasn't present.
- There were no wall ivy plants.
Miscellaneous Oversights#
- In Pyramid Scheme, the protagonist is tasked to raise Ultor Notoriety to four stars, but only the regular Police Notoriety is used. This implies that the unused Ultor Notoriety was going to be used.
