Escort

This is a sub-page of Saints Row 2/Activities and Diversions.

To do:
Unused kill razzi lines...again!

Unused Failure Objectives#

Running the cilent over, but not killing them won't end in an Activity failure. If the player kills them, the following string "The client has died" will always be used.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_FAIL_CLIENT_RUNOVER

You ran over the client

"The car was destroyed" string is always used, no matter if the player drives the vehicle into the water.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_FAIL_CAR_SUBMERGED

You sunk the car

Unused Objectives#

The air time objective was in the previous game, but not in this one. No unused dialogue lines exist though.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_AIR_MSG

Get %.2f seconds of air time

The unused stopping objective appears again, unused just like before...but this time without any dialogue lines.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_STOP_MSG

Stop for %d seconds

The car is automatically repaired at the end of each Level, making this unused.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_CAR_SWITCH_MSG

That car is looking a little old, get a new car at the strip club

Two blank strings for two additional locations the client wants to visit.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_TRIP_OPTION3_MSG

ACT_ESCORT_TRIP_OPTION4_MSG

A cut objective where the player must rotate their joystick controls to...make moves, similarly to the Ho-ing Diversion.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_STICK_ROTATION_MSG

The client wants the entertainer to do the wicked wick

ACT_ESCORT_BUTTON_MASHING_MSG

The client wants the Saints Row special

This string borrows the "combinations" from the Ho-ing diversion, as the said used strings are called ESCORT_NAME_XX, rather than WHORING, the diversion's internal name.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_AIR_MSG

The client wants you to perform the %ls %ls

Leaving the Vehicle#

To do:
One of each, for both....yup!

There is an unused mission failure objective for abandoning the vehicle.

String

Text

ACT_ESCORT_FAIL_LEFT_CAR

You abandoned the car

Unused reaction dialogue from the pedestrians if the protagonist leaves the car. These never play.
