Each regional version of Tomodachi Life has its own alterations to the menu of dishes that the player can buy at the Food Mart. In some cases, the developers added local dishes to the repertoire; in other cases, they decided to remove certain dishes for various reasons.

In addition, the Japanese and Korean versions specifically have “Japanese/Korean Food” and “Western Food” tabs as opposed to “Main Dish” and “Side Dish” tabs in the store and menus. Nonetheless, for the sake of uniformity, this section will exclusively use the English terms for those tabs.
