Puzzle Bobble & Bust-a-Move (16-Bit Console Version)

This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

Puzzle Bobble / Bust-a-Move (16-Bit Console Version) (notice the lowercase a), like the title implies, is a port of the Super Famicom / SNES game Puzzle Bobble / Bust-A-Move for the Nintendo Switch, which means you can now do your Puzzlin' and Bobblin' / Bustin' and Movin' on the go!

Erm, when was this version last released... In 1999? And on a Japan-only console?

Either way, this port was released on the same day as Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! (with the Japanese release being exclusively a pre-order bonus for said game1), and features an arrangement of the True Ending track from Bubble Bobble, by Mathew Valente of all people, on the style of the included game.

Note: Due to limitiations with the title "Puzzle Bobble / Bust-a-Move (16-Bit Console Version)", this article is named "Puzzle Bobble & Bust-a-Move (16-Bit Console Version)".

The game title and icon on the HOME Menu depends of the system's language. If it's in Japanese, the icon will be based on the Japanese release's title screen (although it uses the localized designs for Bub and Bob from the American and European releases). If it's on an American language (US English, Canadian French, Latin American Spanish, and Brazillian Portuguese [and Thai with the Nintendo Switch 2]), it'll be based on the American release. If the system is set into other languages (European and Asian languages [except Japanese]), it'll be based on the European release, despite said version not being included on the Nintendo Switch version.
