While being a namesake of Block Kuzushi 2, both games actually have completely different levels.
Copyright String#
At offset 0x800 of the .ELF executable in both releases is a copyright string. This could be a leftover from Block Kuzushi 2, which this game is based on.

- For the European localization, the background artwork was amplified, and all copyright information that is not Phoenix Games' is removed. Seems it was a rather poor job, as the Phoenix logo overlaps with the start button prompt.
