Originally a development company known as Hoei Sangyo and later as Coreland, they were bought by Bandai and became responsible for the creation of merch such as action figures, plushes and various toys, as well as video games. As of 2008, their video game business has been merged into Bandai Namco while their toy operations were spun-off into a separate company under that name and was later folded into Bandai Spirits.
