This is a sub-page of South Park: The Fractured But Whole/Unused Cutscenes.
Present in very early builds of Bring the Crunch are a lot of storyboard videos for the cutscenes. There were 20 of them at one point, however 8, 10, 11 are missing, and 12 is only present in the final game.
The dialogue for the intro cutscene is mostly the same, except for the part near the end. The "something dastardly is afoot" joke was repurposed for another cutscene.
Originally the trail of blood was actually a trail of red paint. In the final game, the blood trail leads to a shallow grave.
The cutscene after the fight with the Monsters was a lot shorter.
The Toolhouse scene had slightly different dialogue.
The cutscene for leaving the Toolhouse was, again, shorter.
The cutscene after defeating the Monsters was completely different. A kid can be seen behind the tree suspiciously observing the 4 characters.
The Mess Hall was, once again, shorter and had different dialogue.
The cutscene inside Nathan's Cabin quite different. Interestingly, Mimsy's comment about "tying up the counselors real good like in the movie Saw", (an obvious reference to the cut Saw Room area) was left in the final game, even though it doesn't make much sense.
The counselor at the Burial Ground was already dead. In the final game, he's still barely alive when you find him.
The cutscene before the Nathan and Mimsy fight had different dialogue and was a lot shorter.
The cutscene after the fight had many differences: the alien, who also has a way different design, was originally disguised as a kid (most likely the one seen observing the group from behind the tree).
Interestingly, the transition to the Nether Realm happens before fighting the alien. In the final game, it happens after defeating him the first time.
This cutscene suggests that the Nether Realm was originally an explorable area. In the final game, it's only used for the final battle and can't be explored.
A cutscene that was completely removed. It seems like Timmy wasn't involved in the fight, and instead the alien grew bigger.
The ending cutscene also went through numerous changes: instead of the counselor dragging Nathan and Mimsy away, the alien...assaults Nathan, referencing the Season 14 episode "Crippled Summer". It's unknown if Nathan would've survived or not. It also gets revealed that the alien's name was originally Tony.
