To do:
yumboy11 has got us covered with more differences, and unused characters for this prototype. Document them.

An Xbox 360 prototype dated July 15, 2006 was found in the Terarelease 3.0 lot by Obscure Gamers. It predates the final build by two months.

General Differences#

  • There is no music.
  • Crowd sounds are completely missing.
  • Only single matches are available.
  • By default, the profile name on this prototype build is "Profile0"

Title Screen#

The title screen has the build date, along with the words "For XENON" which is the Xbox 360's codename.

Music#

Eddie Guerrero's SmackDown vs Raw 2006 theme is in the game. ( “Lie Cheat Steal” by Jim Johnston) But only the variation with crowd SFX exists (crowd and boo). Rob Van Dam "normal" song is also in the game

Commentary#

The game's files still contain commentary soundbytes for the following wrestlers that were ultimately cut from this edition: Doug Basham, Danny Basham, Steven Richards, Maven, Rene Dupree, Spike Dudley, Orlando Jordan, Muhammed Hassan, Rob Conway, Sylvain Greiner, Scotty 2 Hotty, Paul London, Hurricane, Charlie Haas, Eugene, Chris Jericho, Mark Jindrak and Tajiri.

Loading Screens#

The loading screens look more basic.

Proto

Final

The first loading screen does not have the game's name, instead having a circle with the word "test" on it.

Proto

Final

The second loading screen has a circle pattern, with a few circles saying "test" and the Now Loading text is on the right, instead of being centered.

Wrestler Differences#

Shelton Benjamin#

Heavily incomplete. His selection picture and titantron are both missing, and he has 1 point less on his overall.
