An early version of the Do-Rag, Cap, & Glasses can be found in the unisex archive, added in 3.0.0. The texturing is slightly different.
NCP006#

Added as the Sennyu Bon Bon Beanie in 3.2.0, but it was a completely different beanie in 1.0.0, and has a placeholder gear entry.

The model was updated again in 3.0.0, matching the final version except for the pins, which are still the same as the ones from the Bobble Hat.
EYE016#

Added as the Tulip Parasol in 2.0.0, but it was a strange paper-like, crumpled fedora in 1.0.0. It has no gear entry. This headgear is strange in that it's placed far too high up and so it floats over the player's head. The textures are brown but it seems to render as completely white in-game normally due to the emission_intensity material flag being set to max.
The gear got updated and separated into gendered models in 1.2.0. The female version is only slightly different, with a much stronger team color texture and a cream-colored side instead of grey. The male version is much more primitive.
MSK006#

Added as the Octoking Facemask in 3.0.0, but it was a Judd facemask in 1.0.0, and has a placeholder gear entry.
This early gear is actually a special case, because it appears in an in-game advertisement! This indicates it was probably scrapped very late in development.
MSK012#
Added as the Digi-Camo Forge Mask in 3.0.0, but it was a completely black mask with a Toni Kensa slogan found on some of their weapons in 2.0.0. It was likely changed because a single-color mask with text and a button on the back isn't the most visually interesting thing in the world. Everything else in the gear entry is placeholder, except for the brand obviously being set to Toni Kensa, and the ability being set to Ink Saver (Sub).
AMB007#

Added as the Marinated Headphones in 3.1.0, but it has a slightly different model in the unisex archive added in 3.0.0, with the headphones leaning a bit more forward than the female version.
MSN105#

Added as the Null Visor Replica in 3.1.0, but it was a black fedora marked with 仮 (temporary) in 3.0.0, and has a work-in-progress gear entry.
MSN108#
Added as the Golden Toothpick in 3.1.0, but it has an earlier, more basic design in 3.0.0, lacking the ball of takoyaki.
COP100#

Added as the Headlamp Helmet in 1.1.0, but it was a basic edit of the Worker's Cap in 1.0.0 with "TEST" written on it. The gear entry is a work-in-progress with no brand and no unique ability defined.
COP107#

Added as the Worker's Head Towel in 4.1.0, but it has an earlier, more basic design in 3.1.0, with a different mesh shape and no logo on the cloth. The gear entry appears to be complete.
COP109#
An early version of the Sailor Cap can be found in the unisex archive, added in 4.5.0. The lettering on the cap is different, and there's no pin on the side.
HAP001#

Added as the Li'l Devil Horns in 4.1.0, but in the unisex archive it's completely different, instead being a pumpkin mask.
HAP002#

An early version of the Hockey Mask can be found in the unisex archive, added in 4.1.0. The model lacks an emission texture.
HAP004#

An early version of the Festive Party Cone can be found in the unisex archive, added in 4.3.1. Less stickers are present on the cone.
