Regional Differences#

To do: Check for any other potential differences. The European version's files are dated nearly four months after the North American version.

Present only in the European versions is a language selection option upon starting the game.

United States	Europe

In Europe, due to how certain Nickelodeon shows are distributed (often airing on non-Nickelodeon channels), the game is called SpongeBob and Friends: Battle for Volcano Island; this also applies to Nicktoons Unite! and non-English copies of Attack of the Toybots.

United States	Europe

The European version only includes a single extra video in the form of an advertisement for various SpongeBob DVDs, likely for similar reasons to non-English distribution of Nickelodeon properties.
