Bomberman's Atomic Punk's second arcade outing and the second half of the Irem duology. Feeling sore over his previous defeat, King Bomber decides to enact his revenge by hijacking the United Nations (!) and declaring himself the ruler of Earth. Now it falls on Bomberman and his brothers (who'd be seen again in later games i.e. the Super Bomberman R duology) to go on a Global Quest and topple King's regime continent by continent before storming the U.N. building for a duel that'll decide the fate of the Earth.
