Cutscene Car Texture Redirect

This leftover file known as 'txdcut.ide' from GTA: San Andreas that redirected the cutscene car textures to the non-cutscene cars is disturbingly present for the third time in a GTA entry. It can be found in common.rpf\data (Disc 1 on X360), and it remains unchanged from its debut 9 years prior. This file is exclusive to the first gen console releases.
