01_manufacturer.awc
The audio container with the police scanner lines mentioning the vehicles' manufacturer brands.
Classique was the brand of the Stallion in GTA IV, but no vehicle has this branding here. While the Stallion later appeared in the later-generation releases, for some reason it became assigned to Declasse even with the Classique branding intact on the car, leaving this line unused even in those versions of the game.

The combat helicopter Annihilator, that previously appeared in GTA IV, is technically in the game but it was restricted to being a GTA Online-only vehicle (and even then this was still unused because the police scanner was not normally heard in Online). Another line mentioning a GTA IV vehicle that does not appear in this game, although its Cabrio variant is present. Despite the Cognoscenti's absence, the rims can be seen as decorations in Los Santos Customs, and the car itself was later added exclusively to the enhanced versions of GTA Online with the "Executives and Other Criminals" update. Curiously, this scanner quote pronounces the name differently than it was done in the previous game (kog-no-shen-tee).

The audio container with the dialogue for "By the Book".
The FBI3_ABAB_01 line for the beginning of the sequence of the arrival to the Rockford Hills address goes unused due to it getting replaced in-game by the later-ordered FBI3_ABAY_01 and FBI3_ABAZ_01 quotes, this line mentioning something fashion-related may possibly indicate that originally there was no filming happening in the location. The rest of the dialogue also goes unused and it shows the sequence was meant to be longer, with both Trevor and Steve finishing conversating with Mr. K before the torture starts, this latter part was replaced with a different sequence whose lines are labeled FBI3_ENA#_01 and where Mr. K is not spoken to.

The audio container with the dialogue for "Cleaning out the Bureau".
As shown by this and other unused quotes, originally Dave and Steve accompanied Michael and Lester in the scoping instead of them only appearing in the intro cutscene and not coming along. Note that there are very few lines from this original version due to them getting deleted or replaced with the ones for the final iteration. Judging by what is said here, this first set of lines appears to have been meant for the end of the mission, the filenames show the first quote got deleted.

Judging by the similarity to the dialogue in the final game, this conversation may have been the one that happened during the ride to the FIB building in the original iteration of the mission. The filenames show that sadly a lot of lines got deleted, leaving gaps in the conversation. Also, things to note here is how it shows Steve refused to give a plan due to fear of an investigation and that it was Dave who originally brought up the idea of following the janitor.

Entirely unused audio container with the dialogue for "Lamar Down", but not the mission seen in-game, its original iteration before it got rewritten. The dialogue here is completely different, and note that the lines used in the final version of the mission are in a separate audio container (lem2.awc), which is unusual because other examples show that normally the developers just removed and replaced audio after rewrites.
Things worth pointing here are that:
- Originally, instead of Lamar being saved in the Paleto Forest sawmill, the rescue took place in the Del Perro parking lot (location later used in the GTA Online mission "Fleeca Job - Kuruma".
- Lester was seemingly not involved in this mission.
- Michael and Trevor did not automatically tag along. Instead, during the shootout the player had the option to call either (but seemingly not both of them) and they provided different types of help during the shootout: Michael came from the movie studio riding a horse and did some unknown actions against the Ballas, Trevor came to the location with a fighter jet and helped with an airstrike.
- There were phone calls between Franklin and Lamar that appear to be for Mission Failed conditions of which their context are unknown.
