G-MODE Archives 33: Tetris Diamond · the cutting room mirror

G-MODE Archives 33: Tetris Diamond is the Switch re-release of Tetris Diamond, a Japanese mobile phone game from 2007. This page covers unused content exclusively from this re-release.

Despite what it appears to be on the surface, this re-release is not accomplished through emulation; rather, it is actually a completely re-built version of the game in the Unity engine.

Leftover#

There is a single background asset leftover from G-MODE Archives 2: Ai to Roudou no Hibi, which came out a little less than a year before Tetris Diamond was re-released. Why this graphic is here is unknown.
