T_ENG_VHS_Label_Episode3b_Albedo |
A red text variant of the "Let's Practice Patience!" episode. Only the blue variant is used instead. |
|
Clock_bc |
Found amongst the clock graphics is a another clock with the time 7:40 on it. This would later be used in the demo version of the next game, but then go unused again upon it's full release. |
![]() |
CCTV_bc |
The cameras have a sign saying "24 Hour Surveillance", which cannot be seen anywhere in the game. |
Extinguisher_bc |
The file contains extra text graphics relating to the fire extinguisher for when it was behind a glass wall. The object is just seen connected to a wall, with no case around it. |
|
![]() |
Firehose_bc |
Meant for a firehose, which does not appear at all in the game. The only thing that is used here is the "Fire Extinguisher" sign. |
FileCabinet_bc |
Used in Kate Office, but the only text that is used out of it is "Archive Documents". "NCA" would later be used in the next. |
|
Laptop_d |
There is a laptop that can be found in the Archives Room, next to the Microscope. However, there is no way for the player to open it. Despite this, the object has textures for it. |
|
![]() |
MarkerBoard_bc |
Found amongst this file is a bunch of image graphics used for decoration purposes. In this game, only a couple documents and a calendar are used. Some of these did end up getting used in the next game. |
![]() |
PC_1_bc |
This set of textures is only used for the keyboard and mouse, as there is no PC for it anywhere other than the one at the information desk. Most of this would later be used in the next game, with the exception of the "Domino 64GB" texture (and the backside of the PC as it is normally unseen in normal gameplay). |
![]() |
PictureCollege_bc |
This file is used in Kate's office, just above the binders in the corner of the room. There are two more images that don't get used here, these showing two hands (one on top and the other on the bottom) and a woman standing on the tip of her toes. |
PieceCornerCross |
The train track piece with two corners going around the same side. This was possibly removed due to it's directions. |
|
![]() |
Props_bc |
This image is used for several props between this game and the next one, as some of this is used on Yellow Sticky Notes, Pencils (Red, Gray, and Black), and the Markers in Kate's Office (Green and Blue). However, there is a numerous amount that go unused. Some of these include:
There is most likely several more in here that are not even listed, with some of them getting reused in Amanda the Adventurer 3 |
![]() |
RingBinder_bc |
Most of the text here in this image are used in the final game. The only one that isn't used is what's found inside the binder, which reads "the No. 1: What a Wonderful World". |
![]() |
Rack_bc |
Texture graphics for the boxes that can be found in Kate's Office, where only a small few get used (mainly the label graphics). These include fragile stickers, "FREE SHIPPING QA/BOX" labels, recycle logos, ect. The only label graphic is used here is the item sticker label graphics, located at the bottom of the image, and can be seen in-game at the top of the archive drawers in Kate's Office next to the aquarium. |
![]() |
RackA_bc |
Basically, the exact same image as the one above, not having a metallic version. These are used on the crates in Kate's office found next to the Microscope, but only the "From, Thru, and Destroy" name graphics are used. This one contains Camera, Postal Navy, and (strangely) QR Codes around the image. Interestingly, scanning the QR Codes leads to Adobe's 3D Design Hardware. |
![]() |
SignExit_bc |
The files contains three exit signs, with only one of them ending up going used (being the standard red variant). The green and emergency variants go unused. |
SignWC_bc |
Found amongst the restroom signs are upside-down nameplates of "Security" and "Mr. Smith". There is no security office around and it's unknown who Mr. Smith is in the franchise. |
|
![]() |
skateboard_low_DefaultMaterial_BaseColor |
Graphic material for a skateboard. The only skateboard material that gets used is a wheel in the "We Can Fix It!" episode, but even so, there is a separate texture graphic for that object. |
![]() |
TrashCan_bc |
Found amongst the graphics used for the waste basket, used at the information desk, there is a line of text that can be found on the top right corner of the image. The text reads "Meet me in the Parking Lot". |
Unseen#
While these graphics and textures are used on some objects in the game, there are some that never get seen in normal gameplay.

![]() |
T_VCRPlayer_01_D |
Despite the VHS Player having a textured backside, it cannot be seen normally in-game due to the tray blocking it's view. Viewing it contains basic outputs of AV, Component, S-Vide0, and antennas. It also has a caution sign for, with some funny text. Additionally, it also has a bottom area. |
![]() |
T_PC_Tower_01_D |
The file for the PC Tower, used at the information desk, has a backside that cannot be seen normally in-game. The backside of it contains three USB ports, air vents, and a plug in for the power. |
|
![]() |
PiggyBankDesposit |
A graphic that says "Piggy Bonk", with arrows all around it. This can be seen when loaded into a model viewer, right next to the TV where the player puts the Piggy Bank down to add or lose the coins in "Let's Plan a Trip". This normally goes unseen in-game as it's just a debug function for the object to work. |
Unused Model#
Red Tran Track#
|
|
To do: |
This train track model has a filename under "S_TrainTrack_CornerCross_01", which has two curves and is colored red. This likely goes unused due to how the train would react to two different pathways.

Unused Text#
We Can Fix It!#
In the tape "We Can Fix It!", there is a line of text where if the player were to fail to stop the possum, it would pull out Wooly's eye. After Wooly says, "I don't like this game anymore", the video cuts the player back to gameplay. During this, after the first bark playing after that, Amanda will then endlessly say "Let's fix Wooly!" until the next bark (repeatedly). There are also subtitles for this too, but can never be seen because of this state.
- Amanda: Let's Fix Wooly!
True Ending#
Upon Riley going down the ladder in the secret ending, after the "[roaring]" text appears on screen, Joanne will continue moaning from Monster Wooly upon the credits rolling though the screen before cutting off from the walkie-talkie. All of this has text coordinating to this, but never appears on screen since it's... well, the credits.
- Joanne: [Muffled Screaming]
- [radio beeps]
- Joanne: [over radio, crying]
- [over radio, roaring]
- Joanne: [gasping]
- [roaring]
- Joanne: [gasping]

- [radio beeps off]
- [roaring echoing]
Unused Sound Effects#
Demo Leftovers#
A total of 22 sound effects of Monster Amanda breaking the vent, to then give the player a tape that says "Watch Me", that were used in the demo version of the game is present in the game's files.

Sirens#
Sound effects relating to Kate's House when it was set on fire. The first one at the top is used, but roughly the first twenty seconds of it is played in-game where the audio clip itself is a minute and twenty-one seconds. As for the other six, they are placeholder sound clips for the first one. All of them being fire trucks, police cars, and an ambulance.

Miscellaneous#
Audio Clip |
Filename |
Description |
|---|---|---|
apple_bite |
A sound effect of having a bite off an apple. There are no apples in this game, nor this is a leftover from the first one. |
|
fx_FROG_appear |
Meant to indicate the frog's first appearance, possibly when you enter Kate's Office for the first time. |
Unused Videos#
Leftovers#
The following clips here are what can still be found in the game's files, after most of the other leftovers were removed during an update. These include only three clips: The game's title screen, the very first video of "In the Kitchen", and the rain texture used for the windows (where it shows it as sunny in the game).
Unused Choice#
In the "When You're Feeling Bad" episode, there is unused video that never gets played. The closest word to resemble to this would be "Talk", yet it goes unused as typing that in will play a different clip instead. Text can also be found for it too.
- Amanada: There's nobody who will understand.
- Wooly: I understand, Amanda.
- Amanda: Yeah, you'd like to think that wouldn't you?
Unseen Clips#
While these videos are used in the game, there are clips that are cannot either be seen by normal means or get cut off before they play.
Let's Start the Day#

The end of this video for has a few extra seconds that doesn't get played in-game, where it just ends abruptly after Amanda says "Yum Yum!". There is also a line of text for it that corresponds to it. At the end of the tape, if the player were to not stop the possum, there will be eyes and a mouth shown at the end before the tape would've been taken out.
- Amanda: What a great way to start the day!
When You're Feeling Bad#
This video plays when succeeding the puzzle. However, only four seconds of it can be seen in-game as the camera turns to Monster Amanda for the rest of the video. This shows Wooly collapsing to the floor and Amanda getting off the couch.
Extra Mouse and Keyboard Models#
Loading the map into a model viewer shows there is an extra mouse and keyboard at the information desk. Interestingly, they are in a different position compared to the demo version. The placements for them seem to be... off as the keyboard is partially floating while the mouse is on the letter, as it was originally in the front of the desk in the demo version.

Old Boxing Layouts#
There are several models that were used during the game's very early development that can still be found leftover in the game's files, two sets of them in fact. While these layouts remained mostly the same in the final, there are still some minor differences that can be found.
Layout 1#
The earliest version of the layout, which can also be found in the demo version of the game. Most notable things are a yellow rectangle, a bench-like object outside of Kate's Office, a total of four chairs in the entire Kid's Corner area, and a rectangular object between the chairs and TV where the actual Kid's Corner.

Layout 2#
This layout seems to be more like the final, but has very few minor differences. The only ones being the right corner of Kate's Office and the tables and chairs at the Kid's Corner.

Oddities#
Fence Model#
The windows in the Kid Corner has a fence placed outside, along with some grass. Oddly, the texture image for it has a rounded top compared to the model's pointed variant.

Regional Difference#

|
To do: |
Wendy Wyrm is called Dora the Dragon in the Italian translation. This is interesting as not only he is called a dragon, but also has two different names.

(Source: Amanda the Adventurer 2 News Hub)
The developers were kind enough to provide players with the older version.
Version 1.0.3#
Released October 22nd, 2024. According to the Steam post, there was a fix relating to the using integrated graphic cards when trying to run the game. Along with that, the demo version of the game was removed from the Steam Store possibly due to that reason. It has yet to be added since then.
Version 1.0.4c#
Released October 30th, 2024. This update is mostly bug fixes. The ones listed below are what's changed.
- A name tag of Kate Park was added on the desk in the Archives room.
- A typo was fixed for the first secret tape, where Kate says "They provided two original tapes of the show", where the "W" was originally missing (reading it as "to".
- Several other text typos were also fixed
- The credits to the game were updated.
Version 1.0.5e#
Books Used#
The first library puzzle was redesigned between 1.0.4c and 1.0.5e. Since the revision, the books available to the player are more, some have been added/removed from the roster, and are positioned differently throughout the library. Writings in books are different. The books related to solving the puzzle are as follows:

Localization Update#
|
|
To do: |
Released March 7th, 2025. This update adds language support for French, Italian, German, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish (Latin America). No changes seem to be documented, there are a couple of changes that can be found.
- When choosing "Yes" or "No" for choosing the book(s) in "When You Feel Bad", this version has it replaced with a check and X mark.
- A lot of the graphics leftover from Amanda the Adventurer were removed from the files, including the localization version of the tapes, cork board, coloring book, and . Aside the ones for the models, the only other graphics/textures that were still present are Kate's letter and a note telling the player to "LEAVE" when saying "No" in sharing Amanda's secret with the player. However, it's only the English variant.
