Final Confirmation |
|---|---|---|---|
The Pokémon Selection menu is very unfinished. The top screen is blank, unlike the final version which displays the Pokémon's Pokéathlon stats. Additionally, the confirmation message is in a full message box and longer than the final version's. When selecting from your party, the previous box name is listed at the top.

January 31 2008 Event 2 Results |
|---|---|---|---|
The results screen is fairly different and simplistic. The score counter shows random numbers until the final scores are announced, unlike the final games which display 000 until then. It's also functionally different in Hurdle Dash specifically, showing the results of each individual Pokémon instead of your team's total time. In the second event, this screen displays with slightly buggy graphics. The final event skips the results screen altogether.

The graphics for this event are in an early state, and instead of hurdles, your Pokémon need to jump over grass. The borders around each Pokémon also darken as they approach the goal.
Gameplay differences include Pokémon seeming to not speed up after jumping close to a "hurdle" and being permanently slowed down for making a mistake.
Event 2#
In this scrapped event, pellets fall from the sky and your goal is to use the touch screen to guide each of your Pokémon to catch as many as possible.
Event 3#
In this scrapped event, balls come in from the left side of the screen with varying arcs. Your goal is to bounce them off of your Pokémon's heads to carry each one beyond the right side of the screen. A Pokémon can only bounce each ball on their head once. At first, only one ball will be on screen at a time, but as the event goes on more will be in play at once.
