CE versions of the game are not leaked. While you could technically call build 89208 an extremely late build of CE0.9, it still is not readable as that in any way, and early assets could be put into CBT 1 instead since that is the correct place to put it. You would know that if you even had access to Pre-138541 assets. Because they are still CBT1. Even in technical terms, CE0.8 is CBT1. Its the equivalent of making a page for CBT2.0.0 (although we technically have 376XXX) and not just sorting it into the CBT2/0.7.0 section because both builds are CBT2Plus.
Regarding versions like the January 15, 2019 HK4EZ Build, it can be put into the prerelease page. We do not have data for this version.
Server Bins are barely relevant in any way to the game, there is not any useful data from there besides terribly compiled data that is not useful?

CE0.X, also known as CBT1 test or CB1.0, was a period of various test versions of genshin impact released between September 2018 and March 2019. Considering that Genshin was planned to have its first Closed Beta Test in December of 2018, but was delayed allowing them to actually finish the game into a more-playable state.

This page would 100% suit in prerelease article. I recommend you funnel your 91965 assets to the CBT1 page.

Currently, only assets exist for a few of these builds, which without the executable, make all of these builds unplayable, although their assets can still be viewed via an asset editor.

The only builds you should care about is 89208. Compiled in Late March of 2019. And build 94049, Compiled in April 2019. Both builds are completely unplayable, only having their assets leaked online.
