Since Homer and Marge are absent in this episode, certain puzzles and elements have been tweaked to suit Bart and Lisa's abilities.
- The golf course area is slightly different in the old-gen version, featuring moving clouds that Bart must get across to reach the Heavenly Spa and golf green pieces that can be placed using Lisa's Hand of Buddha.
- Since Homer isn't playable in this version, the section where he would normally Homer Ball Dash into the Heavenly Spa has been changed where Bart now grapples onto a cloud and bounces off a tent to reach the other side, then pulling a lever to let Lisa in.
