Cartridge Room#
- The placement of the pegs for the gear puzzle is slightly different. Along with this, the gear needed to bring down the zipline for Bart is removed and has a platform with the Krusty Koupon.
- There's a lever which brings down a platform for your buddy in the 2nd shaft section.

- To cross the blood vats, you just need to place a fulcrum bridge instead of having to drain the blood vat.

Shipping Room#
- The puzzle in this room is entirely different, where you use the Hand of Buddha to guide Bart into the right pipes. The Bartman climbing area is also different, where you need to pick the right trampoline.

Stubborn Ape Bossfight#
- Since Lisa's Buddha Flick isn't present, you just need to pull out a drain stopper.
