All of the cutscenes are rendered in 3D using the in-game models, rather than animated in the same style as the show. According to a developer, this was a very last minute change due to a request from FOX. Funnily enough, these cutscenes still are found in the Nintendo DS release, albeit in very low quality, with some parts removed, some music and SFX removed, and being a little bit more finished.
It has early cutscenes for all of the playable levels, as well as for Grand Theft Scratchy and Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game.
