Unused Text

Cut text for Battle Of The Minigames#
In npg030.rpl, in the game's code, when it loads mbst entries in npg030.mbst, it mentions some entries completely missing from the mbst in any build. The game tries loading entries starting with A, which are missing, only B and C actually exist, leaving these A entries missing.
