Debug Mode

This is a sub-page of Wii Party U.

There in the code is quite a decent amount of text linking to a partially stubbed out debug mode, however! The text for these debug settings do exist, alongside some code for how the mode displays and possibly some code for the settings! It seems for most modes these have been stripped, the main rpx does print text as apart of its NdSysDebug library, however this is basic text that just explains what is happening, and does not effect the actual gameplay. Quite a decent portion of DebugMan is stubbed with a blr function (Which just tells the console, return), so a reactivation would be difficult.

Highway Rollers Debug Menu#

Start Game#

This just resets the game, Apparently pressing a few buttons is too much.

Move Again#

This makes you roll again, there are settings for rolling 5 Minus dices and 10 Forward dices.

UFO Space#

This makes you roll the UFO Dice, which takes you randomly to someone on the board.

Free Movement#

If you hold B while rolling the dice, you can go anywhere in the map

Hold 1/2 while rolling#

If you hold 1 while rolling the game makes you roll a 1 on all dices, if you hold 2, you get a 6 on all dices.

Skip Turn#

This naturally skips the turn of the next player. The game also specifies not to do this action while players are being shuffled.

Ignore Space events for "Joy" Event#

This "Joy" event is either a bad translation, a cut challenge or an internal name of one of the challenges.

Fix Dice Rolls#

This allows you to set what number you want to get from dice. After this text there are slots for editing the outcomes of Dices 1 to 10.

Highway Rollers Selection#

Normal Space#

This gives you the effects of the normal space... so nothing.

Blue Forward Spaces#

Takes you either 10 or 20 spaces forward.

Red Backwards Spaces#

Exact opposite.

1V3 Space#

Starts a 1v3 minigame.

Challenges#

This allows you to either make you win or lose the challenges, these are available for all 3.

Retry Challenge 3#

This decreases challenge 3's requirement by 5, as if you failed the challenge.

Dice Test#

This is a simple test to test dice rolling

Dice Collision Test#

Same as before, however this adds the collision of the dice hitting the ground into the test.

Camera Change#

Possibly a freecam mode.

Rumble Test#

This makes the Wii Remotes rumble, you have the choice between weak, normal and strong rumble.
