She can only be playable through hex editing the slus/sles file. The voice files are still intact.

Found at 0x3FF3668 is a list of playable characters, among them are two unused ones.

MEGA-ZANTHAR

BOX_ZANTHAR

The item is a reference to the episode Mecha Streisand, the triangle of Zanthar being the item that turned Barbra Streisand into a mecha. The item had its own item box, most likely acting like the Pink-Eye pickup.

A list of objects contains some unused ones as well. At 0x3FF6198:
