As dancing games rose in popularity, more and more games of this genre were created, one of them being Pump It Up, often called The 1st Dance Floor, by Korean developer Andamiro. Its songlist consisted of many popular Korean pop songs at the time of the game's release, with genres encompassing eurodance, rock, and hiphop.

Scrapped Song: Silhouette#
Watch on YouTubeThe files Sil_ez_1.stf and Sil_ez_2.stf inside folder datas/step in the game's disc consist of chart data for the scrapped song Silhouette, by Kim Hyun Jung. Judging by the files' title, it was likely meant to be played in the game's Easy mode. Animation data for the song also exists, and can be found in datas/BGA/SILUET.BGA. Contrary to what is displayed in the video on the right, music data no longer exists.

Unused Sounds#
piu10.u9, which is part of the BIOS used by all Pump It Up games running on MK3 hardware, contains the game's sound effects, a portion of which are unused. A few of these would be used in later games, and, conversely, several sounds used here would become unused in those. Most of these sounds can be heard through the game's sound test menu.
