Background images that contain hidden details- or a lack thereof.
Sapporo Bathhouse#
In the background of the Sapporo bathhouse, a placeholder backdrop, unfinished details, and sloppy brushstrokes can be seen. In-game, the rocks and water of the bath hide these imperfections.

Konoe's Office#
In one of the backgrounds for Konoe's office, the bottom of his chair can be seen.

Kyoto Hideout#
In one of the backgrounds for the Kyoto hideout, an unfinished portion that's usually covered by the television and tables can be seen. It has unfinished objects, a void, and scribbles.

Persona Icons#
In-game, the battle icon for each Persona is slightly covered by the wielder's icon, which leaves the lower-right of the texture unseen.
In some cases, the covered portion is negligible, being just a straight (expected) end to the portrait:

Unseen Textures#
Used textures that have unused portions.
Futaba's Laptop#
The texture of Futaba's laptop has an unused portion, being what seems to be a screenshot of the Windows 8 home menu, with the Second screen menu open. App icons for Facebook, Twitter, Skype, and Cut the Rope can be seen.
