Hidden Paddle Control support#

This game has hidden support for the Paddle Control, which was released exclusively in Japan. Using this, you can control the steering wheel with analog controls. However, gear changes will be changed to automatic. To use this paddle controller with a Master System other than the Japanese version, modification or a converter is required.

Hidden FM Soundtrack#

Like some Master System games, this game has an FM soundtrack, but because the Master System consoles sold in Europe, the UK, the Netherlands, and Brazil where the game was released could not use FM sound without modifications, it was normally impossible to hear it. "3D Fukkoku Archives" was the first way to officially hear it.

Sound Test#

At the title screen, press Pause to open a screen that can toggle between 2D and 3D modes, At this screen, press Pause again for the sound test. The sound test is notable for including the ability to toggle between the PSG and FM versions of all of the game's music and sounds. An FM-enabled Master System is (obviously) required to take advantage of this feature. And since the game was only released in Europe, while (outside of modding) only Japanese Master Systems are FM-enabled, the entire FM soundtrack is technically unused.
