A late prototype of OutRun 3-D, with minor differences. It was released by SMSPower on October 20, 2020.

Differences#

• The copyright date is 1988, which was the same year the game was released. It was bumped up a year in the final version.
• The start section is much closer to the arcade original. The final replaced it with two poles with "START" vertically written on them.
• Passing Breeze and Splash Wave are present, alongside Magical Sound Shower and Shining Wind. In the final version, they are replaced with Midnight Highway and Color Ocean.Watch on YouTube
• There is no Sound Test option available in this version. If forcibly tried with savestate of the final version, it will straightly go back to first screen just like exiting the option screen.
